The Nations Are in Chaos, And Their Kingdoms Crumble, But God is Here with Us For Refuge and Strength!

“ God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble. So we will not fear, when earthquakes come and the mountains crumble into the sea.The nations are in chaos, and their kingdoms crumble! God’s voice thunders, and the earth melts! The Lord of Heaven’s Armies is here among us; the God of Israel is our  fortress. Be still and know that I am God! I will honored by every nation. I will be honored throughout the world.” Psalm 46:1-10

We presently live in a world full of untold evil…Due to humanity’s inborn sinful nature, war and destruction are inevitable, but so is God’s final victory. At that time, all will stand quietly before the all-powerful Lord. How proper then, for us to be still now, reverently honoring Him and His Power and Majesty. Take time each day to be still and to honor God.

With so much strife in the world today, let us all pray this special prayer for blessings for Israel, America, and our families:

”May the Lord bless you, and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you His Favor and give you his Peace.” Numbers 6:24-26

My Personal Prayer for today:

Lord, thank you for the gift of your Peace. Your Peace has made it possible for me to survive in a world filled with evil, strife, grief, and chaos. My time with you, in the stillness of the morning, prepares me for the hustle and bustle of daily life in this broken and fallen world we live in. Your Peace helps me stay on your Path of Life, regardless of the day’s circumstances. Lord, your Peace is precious to me, as it is a result of your sacrifice on the cross you made for me. Lord, thank you for your understanding, your forgiveness and grace, and your unfailing and unconditional love, from which nothing can separate me.

Blessed are you, my God, King of the Universe, Prince of Peace. Amen
