godsbattlefield.com Where We Learn to Personally Fight the Battle Between Good and Evil.

The mind is where good and evil fight for our soul. In this battle for control of your mind and your thought life (good vs. bad influences) you need to acknowledge your weaknesses for what they really are… your inborn human sinful nature…and ask the Lord’s Holy Spirit to join you in this deadly battle. He can give you the strength, wisdom, and energy for the fight to keep your focus on the Lord and His ways.

Romans 8:5-6–Paul wrote to the Romans: “Those who are dominated by the sinful nature think about sinful things, but those who are controlled by the Holy Spirit think about things that please the Spirit. So letting your sinful nature control your mind leads to death. But letting the Spirit control your mind leads to life and peace.”

I like to put it in a more direct c0ntext:

You are what you think…!

We are bombarded every day with the evil one’s “School of Negativity  concepts…-Death, Destruction, Division, Immorality of all sorts”- All formulated into a spiritually deadly recipe designed to distract and distance us from our personal relationship with the Lord and the ethics upon which our once great country were founded.

What to do about it? Here at godsbattlefield.com we will explore the many ways we change the way we think and act, both personally and as a nation.

”Darkness as black as night covers all the nations of the earth, but the glory of the Lord rises and appears over you. All nations will come to your light; mighty kings will come to see your radiance.” Isaiah 60:2-3

“The nations are in chaos, and their kingdoms crumble, God’s voice thunders and the earth melts” Psalm 46:6

”The wicked plot against the godly; they snarl at them in defiance. But the Lord just laughs, for he sees their day of judgement coming. Psalm 37:12-13

So here we are…Surrounded by designed chaos and negativity…The evil one is working non-stop to drive us into depression and giving up…Our communities are overridden with crime, our citizens are divided, and our families are splintered with divisive issues, which have in effect, distanced us all  from our only true Savior.  Our cherished Republic has been taken over by evil, arrogant, greedy zealots that have wrested control of the country out of the “People’s” hands and into  the age-old oppressive “One Government Rule” concept that has failed every time it has been tried over thousands of years.

So again I ask? What to do about it?

How do we return ourselves, our families, our communities, and our Beloved Country back to the values upon which our lives and country were founded?

This is the battlefield we face… and everyone of us must start the fight on a personal basis; before we can address the issues of returning our communities and nation to the values we all cherished, sacrificed treasure for, fought for, and even died for.

It all comes back to “You are what you think!”

“Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn  to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.” Romans 12:2

So, going forward… on a day to day basis, we’ll be looking at the battlefield we face, we’ll be addressing the personal challenges we face in  preparing for battle, and the tactics and strategies in fighting the enemy on our terms, not theirs.

It’s all about how we think (Giving in or giving out) and, what is our perspective: “We’re defeated by evil”… or… “We have only just begun to fight, and we have the victorious warrior already on our side…”

Ask yourself…What is MY thought-life like… and, do I feel defeated, or do I feel ready to fight for truth and what is right?

My Prayer for today:

Lord, I look forward to our time alone in the morning. I so want to hear your”still small voice” as you prepare me for the day ahead. Lord, taking this time with you is so important  to me now. You are my first love in my life, and I thank you for staying with me until I finally realized that. Thank you for the peace and joy your love brings to me each day. Amen
